Ok so there is this kid that attends my high school. Hes not the best looking guy but hes good enough for me. I've known him since we first started high school and now im in 10th grade. We are friends and i have a class with him. Though we dont speak to each other a lot. Just a conversation every other day. I really like this kid and i want to tell him but when this other girl i know told him that she like him last year he just said pain out no to her and said he was sorry. I dont want to get rejected by this kid. For that is one of my biggest fears. So should i tell him or should i just keep it to myself.

Why not? Life is full of rejection and the sooner you learn to deal with hearing "no" then the better off you'll be.

What do you have to lose anyway? Just because he doesn't like you doesn't mean he doesn't think you're a good person; it means that he doesn't like you in the same way you like him. Besides that, you might look back, in 10 years, if you don't tell him, and wonder what it would have been like had you told him.

Try to live your life with the fewest regrets possible.

If you don't say something, he'll never know and as for fearing rejection, you better get over it as you are going to be rejected all your life - jobs, relationships, not getting the deal you wanted at a store- what will you do, avoid any situation where rejection is a possibility?

Rejection is a part of life. Not only in romance either. You have a choice of finding out how he feels or antagonizing wondering. At least he is honest in his feelings. Thats a plus.
