can u add carbonation to any liquid or are there limits?

CO2 will dissolve in many liquids. Yes it will dissolve in alcohol and should in gasoline too. Because they are both lower density than water they won't hold as much " fizz "
I know 120 proof Vodka can be carbonated, used to have a small soda fountain at home. Made many fizzy drinks.

I think thats a hard one. Since carbonation is the process of adding carbon (i think dioxide). Probably you can do it with grain alcohol but not Gasoline. I think if you carbonate Gasoline it will change the structure of the Gasoline.
