they were not using nowadays pisces astrological symbol but a different, somewhat similar to the laying gamma of the greek alphabet.
it was a symbol used in the Rome, where the Christians were oppresed and used this symbol to sign their gathering points. the fish is a symbol of Jesus being a fisherman, like other apostles were.

The earliest followers of Jesus used the fish (one fish!, never two) as a symbol because it represented his miracle with the fish and loaves, and with the fishermen after his resurrection. They had to sometimes identify themselves silently because it could mean their lives.
I don't think they gave the slightest thought to Pisces.
Get your facts straight, please, and stop trying to stretch/fabricate what isn't there.
