I would like to join French language course for searching jobs in European countries and my friend was suggested to join German. Which one is the best language to get the jobs in European countries?

I would say France because in my experience the Germans are more likely to learn other languages than are the French.

German is spoken more than French is in Switzerland and much more than French is in Austria, though!

Depends from the job you wanna get, BUT ireland is in economic boom and london is always full of opportunities.
and they do speak english :-)
Ireland is also Euro zone, while London is pound zone( which is better than euro :-)

Germany and Holland have also a lot of work, but you might take a while to learn german or dutch.

French?? not sure
Spanish? yes.. spain is in expansion and you can learn a language spoken in latin america.
Italian is good if you wanna pull girls :-)
