World is a very subjective word. Its specific definition depends vastly on the subject and the view point of such subject. A world is an aggregate of all the participating places/environments/conditions, objects, and/or beings and all else that is within that defined realm referred to by the user of the word. However, fundamentally, the word "world" is nothing but a tool of language used to simplify communication when more specific and vast definitions are not needed to make a point. Usually, in writing/literature, it refers to the Earth unless otherwise specified (like in Animal World, ...etc.)
