My father is a very skilled man. From locks and doors to bathtubs and semi trucks. One brother is very skilled in working on Airstreams, the fancy RVs. THe other is very skilled in vehicles. I'm a whiz at the office stuff and bookkeeping so I thin we got a good combination of all sorts. Any ideas from other company owners? Like what now. We know what we can do. Now what must be done to get started? I'm sure there has to be licenses and such. any info is sooo apprciaited..ty!!

I see an opportunity for "Our Shop to You". A couple trucks and "Repairs on the Spot".
There are many people who do not have time to bring their vehicles to a repair shop and especially RVs in an RV park.
Many seniors would welcome this service.
Also people who may need even a small repair at home, plumbing or minor electrical etc.
You could set up a day for different areas of the city with appointments.
You need to get out the message. Flyers, newspapers, radio, etc.
I knew a plumber who made damn good money doing this, although plumbing had to be done on location. However, he did have several thousands of dollars in supplies in his van.
Good luck.
