…when should my arousal turn to concern?
Is it after the roll of quarters is gone and she tosses me 20 dollars to get anther roll or when she yells at the little kids waiting, “I was here first! Find your own damn horse”?

Okay I'll try ......
Dress up in a horsey costume .... put quarters on the floor .. making a path of quarters for her to follow ... leading to your bedroom ...... and when she gets there say:
"Giddy up, little lady!"
As soon as she is mounting you for a "ride" ... tell her that it is FREE for the rest of the night .... then whinny like a horse.
I also like the idea of having her wear "butt-less" chaps ....
BTW, you are one sick puppy - aren't you ...(lol) but don't worry .. I love you anyway!

Dont be concerned at all. its normal for girl to want to ride the pony. It is alot cheaper in the long run the get her a pony of her own so she can mount it in the privacy of her own bedroom. You may want to get her some buttless chaps to go along with it though and since its Christmas a vibrating saddle will show your true love for her.

I did that once when I was a bodybuilder--no one ever told me there was a weight limit on some of those things. It's just not a good idea to take me in public.

You shouldn't be concerned until she tells you that from now on she will ONLY ride the horses, and not you any longer.
