Big Bang sounds nice and makes everyone happy that they can put down the works of God. For some reason, some, but not all, scientists cringe at the thought that Someone beat them to all knowledge.
There are so many holes in Big Bang, evolution, and the double-blind studies they all worship, but they keep going like lemmings to the cliff.
Our Heavenly Father put all these things down here for us to study. A true scientist does not close his/her eyes to the wonders of God. They just try and figure out how He did it. Then they find true answers and knowledge.

Those who gave religious answers: I respect your right to have religionus beliefs, but NEVER let religion interfere with verifiable facts. God gave you a brain to USE, not to act as a button to keep your backbone from unraveling.
Warren W - we who put down Creationism usually LAUGH OUT LOUD when some says "Holes in this or that theory." Your beliefs are yours, but from a scientific viewpoint they have NO PROOF WORTH MENTIONING.
First, all of the Biblical witnesses are DEAD now. Not possible to question them. Second, they were uneducated by our standards and unlikely to be able to explain what they saw. So as witnesses go, not very credible anyway. Third, in any case there were NO DIRECT WITNESSES to creation. God didn't create Adam and Eve until AFTER all the animals already existed. So where did they get the knowledge of what came before, huh? THERE'S a big old hole. Want more?
You know why there holes in those other theories? Because we haven't found everything there is to find yet. But you, who claim to be an engineer, should not forget you scientific training, including this very basic principle: Absence of proof is not proof of absence.

Neither One makes perfect sense. However, there is strong evidence that the Big Bang occurred.
I don't believe the whole thing about there was a speck of dust the size of a pin head, then it blew up and threw every thing out and bang, there is the Universe. But I do believe the basic concept of it.
I also believe it would have never occurred if there were not a higher power (god) to make it happen and guide it all along into place. For those who don't believe in god, tell me, how did all the Planets fall into place so perfectly? Why is Earth the only One that can sustain life? How did life begin in the first place with out a god?
Basically, I believe that god created every thing by using the Big Bang.

Big bang in my opinion is just a whole load of rubbish.
I can only accept it as a scientific context.
Because for the big bang to occur you need motion..So the big band has abosolutely nothing to do with "a beginning".
There was motion before the big bang. And for the big bang to occur you need matter and matter comes from something.
So i will go for Creationism everything that happens around us is related to motion and something that is unseen.
If you guys can tell me how matter and motion came about to cause the big bang and put some sence to it. Then I will believe it. My problem with people and this big bang thingy is that they are only interested in telling you how the big bang occured and even backing it up with science. I am not against that but they cant tell me how the matter whiched caused the big bang or even the motion itself which caused the big bang came from....

Both... Big bang doesn't exclude evolution and neither excludes God... Just because some small minds of our day try and summarize "creation" into a bite sized piece that they can understand and therefore sell does not mean God (or Mother Nature if that is what you believe) is subject to definition. To me there is no better evidence of God than the big bang. I mean the only way to account for that amount of energy would be to say it was God like... When I hear a better explanation I might reconsider but one thing seems pretty clear... Man is the problem with religion and its small mindedness - not God...

see if we say that creation happened, then where did all the matter forming stars or gaalxies came from? it must have came from something which is termed as big bang.....
Big bang is thought to be the reason for every kind of matter or particles to form. Big bang is itself a creation from nothing to everything.
But there are theorical supports to big bang, but there are some logical excuses like "How can everything form from nothing to everything"
But big bang is most popular for formation of universe.
So,
I will say BIG BANG.
Thank you.

I have faith in creation but I am in awe of "the big bang" theory. Damn me for dropping out of high school and thank god for the Internet so I have the ability to learn these things I missed out on. ;)

To me, the big bang theory. There is a continuing collection of data to support that supposition, but there is no data to support the theory of creationism.

Creation never sounds sensible to me.
In the beginning God created heaven and earth ... where had he been living then?
Its generally accepted that the Sun came first and then the Earth...how come God puts it the other way around?
God divided the light from the darkness.... this was clearly written by someone who had no idea the Earth rotates!!
I am not going to write any more... its getting me annoyed!!
