Stop making it a big deal. Should have spent those resources and money on more useful aspects. The parents are simply selfish and only think about their daughter for their bloody negligence. Move on mates.

The world is full of sufferings and mishapsand they should realise the truth after living in good life for some years as doctors.

Don't get me wrong for being harsh. I have gone through lots of bullshit in my life too. There are plenty of injustices and unfortunate people these days. So, stop making something almost out of nothing now McCanns

Well said, that's what I've been thinking all this time.
The parents to this day have still not been charged with negligence which I think is disgusting.... any other half decent person would of been locked up by now.

Rubbish. How can you say they have been living a good life as doctors as if it were something easily got. They have studied and worked hard to be where they are. They have EVERY RIGHT to keep searching for Madeleine. One way to do that is to keep her in the media as much as possible. If i were in the same boat as them i would do exactly the same. I would not rest peacefully until she was home. Do you have children? Any parent would understand the anguish they are going through.

Try to understand that this must be a particularly hard time for them now at Christmas. I can only hope that she is found sooner rather than later.

How brave of you to tackle this subject with an opinion that causes such controversy. I have mixed opinions on the subject but I feel irritated by the McCanns. They may be well educated academically gifted people but I'm sorry to say that there isn't an ounce of common sense between them. How naive of them. But in this day and age with media/technology why their naivety? 3 kids under age 4 left alone with periodic 'checks' from whoever. I don't care who tries to justify that one. Zoom - kid gone!! Jamie Bulger - my heart goes out to his mother as she's seen NO justice. Worst case I've ever ever known about. WHERE'S MRS BULGERS SUPPORT?. that's to grab folks attention. Comments posted e.g.Lucky missing kid?? hardly. The McCanns life is ruined though. They learned a lesson the harshest way. Tragic. Their twins need their parents to nurture and focus on them as they will be the 'living victims' poor wee souls.

p.s. I think it's the way you've worded your opinion (no disrespect) that's caused some folks horrified replies here.

soo your saying just cause they are making a big deal out of this child being missing we should just give up? Is that right.. so i guess this by what your saying it makes this child less missing and nothing should be done to find her? Wow i guess this child has no rights acording to you.even if her parents were negligent the kid deserves every type of effort to be found! sounds like her parents arent the selfish ones..

I applaud your sentiment (see the source link) but why did you have to spoil it by having a dig at the McCanns? (If it was your child you would stop at nothing to try and get them back, seeking publicity is the lamest thing you could accuse them of.) Shame on you.

I'm sorry, you gave me no choice.

Get a life. Innocent until proven guilty.

If it was my child, I would do anything and everything to get them back.

What I DO object to is the media talking about her and only her. Children go missing every day... they should be talking about all of them.. the ugly ones and the unloved ones and the brown ones and the poor ones... not just pretty, white, special, loved Maddeline.

Of course she is not the only missing child in the world, but she is one of the lucky missing children: this is life

Yes but she is WHITE and pretty and loved. Not just another mistake after a drunken or drugged shag that has been let to go full term.
