ups that too of good quality since ive installed ups there's no problem.

They are both good companies. It really depends on what type of package you are trying to send.

Traditionally, UPS has been the best with package shipments and FedEx has been the best with overnight or air shipments. Over the past several years, they have both moved into each other's areas and they have both gotten into the freight business.

If it matters to you, use their employee policies as a tie-breaker. UPS is unionized so their employees are well taken care of with wages and benefits. FedEx is not unionized and keeps getting sued because they classified their ground drivers (package delivery guys, not the air packages) as independent contractors. I believe the state of Massachusetts fined them this week for it.

Both companies will get your package where it needs to go but I've always preferred UPS.

UPS, Fedex ,DHL, USPS online, they are all good firms for package deliveries. never had any real problems with any of them! If you can track and trace online, thats all you really need.
