I am planning to use Elastomeric paint to water proof my small pond. Is it safe for the fishes?

No offense but are you and Ron M the same person?

First of all I wouldn't paint a pond, not even one designed to be an aquatic garden.

Then I might consider the substance of the pond, and the fact that ANY paint that sits under Any water, might one morning show up as a skin on the surface of that body of water.

Finally there is the issue of the fish. I'd be extremely unhappy, if I had introduced any substance into a pond, that might be even the slightest bit toxic, only to find a Dozen Koi, floating on the surface of the water the day after I re-introduced them to the pond.

Just my two cents.
