Drive-thru service is horrible in my town, orders are seldom right, you aren't charged right, takes forever... receipt isn't legible, calling the # on the receipt, (if you can read it), gets you the run-around, as does going online. I even tried calling this particular restraunt that always gives me problems, to no satisfacation.

I stopped eating fast food because it seemed everywhere I would go out something wasn't right. It seemed to be actually getting worse and over a period of a few weeks in between mc Donald's, jack in the box, and taco bell they ended up screwing 9 out of 10 of my orders up! I said screw this and haven't ate out since! (except a few times...I lied)

I understand totally! People are careless! When i worked fast food I worked hard at making sure everything was up to standard...not very many people have pride in doing a good job, its sad!
I would keep trying to contact a head manager of that food chain in your area!
sometimes when your persistent it pays off!

good luck. Merry Christmas!

Because they don't want us to be able to contact them. I've had more then my share of bad experiences from one location in particulur. I've emailed them.....I get a response from Corporate that says they are forwarding it to that location and nothing. Ever, I once got a bag full of coffee creamer and sugar instead of my value meal at the drive thru I was late didn't check the bag until I was on the bridge heading for work........no meal. Did I get a refund or even a response.....NOPE.

You could try a direct talk with the restaurant's manager. Pin point it down to the specific shift manager if you must. If still no satisfaction, you need to find out whether this is a corporate location or a franchise location. Then, decide who to contact.

Because, they don't know where you live, for local number, and if they gave out main number they would be flooded with "My sons fat because your food!! I think I should be payed back!!!" and whatnot.

Because they don't CARE what you think or how you feel about their product.. they are arrogant and they know stupid people will still keep coming back, buying their crap no matter what they do...
