AI friend of mine had a 2 week old baby who had thrush on her tounge it was a whit colour and i was told it can be very painful. She was told to get a tube of daktarin cream which was for oral thrush it worked very quickly and help baby get some sleep and also mum

Yes on their skin, if they have a thrush infection from nappy rash or whatever (but obv not in their mouth!)

I dont think so. Go to the supermarket and buy some aphadophalis yoghurt. Ive spelt it wrong but im sure you will get the idea.
