No, I usually see them chase me, run to some location s/he isn't at yet, look for help or escape, then wake up.

i would run away becuase wen someone chases you it meens trouble i jus run and then try waking up. But for sum reason i dont feel like i can run fast in dream hmmmm weird??!!
