Actually, I did.......I found $3000 dollars at a hotel I worked at, I was honest though and turned it in.....never heard another word about it!! I think someone stuck it in their own pocket!!

i wouldnt even pick it up if it was a small amount....but if it was a big amount i would try my best to locate the owner....if nobody would claim it then i would keep it.....it was very nice and honest of you to return the money, though you should have kept some record of it.....just in case if you needed some backing up in the future......hats off to you

A couple weeks ago I put on a coat I didnt wear since last winter and there was 60 something bucks in the pocket.

Yes....I used to be a lifeguard at a waterpark....i would find anywhere from $10 to 40 bucks at the most, a few times a week
