Yes. We know for a fact that thoughts generate electricity and frequancies. In theory, if that frequancy can be projected, and there is a reciever (anohter person in this case) that can tune into that exact frequancy - yes, that person could read that specific thought. But to continually read your mind, they would have to pick up on a lot of different frequencies I imagine. They would have to be like a scanner.

Brain activity is electrical (or electromagnetic) in nature, therefore could produce energy which might be perceived by others nearby. On many occasions, I have been with someone who has either said what I was thinking or made the exact remark that I did. As for whether it is possible for someone to project his or her thoughts over a great distance, I am uncertain, though I tend to think that it might be possible, or if the subject were not to distinguish actual thoughts, I think that it is possible sometimes to know when someone close to you who is not with you is experiencing difficulties or illness. Long ago when I was about in second grade and was waiting to meet my sister who was in first grade so that we could go home nearby for lunch, I suddenly knew that my sister had become sick during the morning and had gone home, and then another child from her class came to inform me of just that. Later in life, when she lived far from me, I had the urge suddenly to call her, and when I did, her husband answered the phone and told me that she was in the hospital because she had had a miscarriage. I hadn't known she was pregnant. I have always thought that if anything really terrible happened to her or my other sister, I would know without being told; fortunately, I have not needed to test that theory.

Yes thoughts can ‘travel’ any distance not as vibrations but as waves.
Read about the theory of the associated photons.

I hope so. I've been thinking about something and I hope he feels it!
I think there's motherly instincts, I've seen it before and it's amazing. A connection between a mother and her offspring, it's natural.

No, thoughts are the results of chemical and electrical activity inside your own head, there is no way they can escape.
