Considering your demographic and the environment in which you are entertaining yourself (YA), I believe your level of "lol"-ing is acceptable. I took the time to examine several of your answers, and there were several in the sample that did not "lol" at all.
Your use of exclamation points, on the other hand...let's just put that down to youthful exuberance.
