I had a former partner who filed a domestic abuse charge against me, which was totally untrue, but the law supports the accuser in domestic abuse cases. The reality is that this person was the abusive one, but he had an agenda that included another person. It's OK, now, but at the time it was fairly devestating. I realize that the action was really a gift. It removed any uncertainty I felt when I considered leaving the relationship. It took a bit of time to heal, but it liberated me to become a participant in the relationship I now share with a wonderful guy for 7 years, and we just keep growing together. And the former significant person in my life seems to have enjoyed no gain from his actions. No one trusts him, and the women he has aligned with just use him. Oh well, too bad.

I was Married for 15 years. Then I became physically disabled, as I was trying to come out of the funk that my wheelchair brought with it. My wife asked for a divorce because she found a new man and that she was carrying his child. My daughter told a friend of mine that she liked the man who was going to be her new daddy. She was 12 at the time, she had known about the affair for some time because her mother had introduced her to the man and they had been eating out, while I sat at home. I lost everything but the love that I felt for my family. I am grateful that earlier in the day that my wife had informed me of all this, I had seen my doctor and was placed back on anti-depressants. Things are much better now 5 years down that old road and I am happy again. But trusting is still difficult.

The worst betrayal I have ever had done to me is having my fiance cheat on me with another woman and then tell me he was sorry. So I forgave him and them he ended up moving away and didnt tell me and then ended up marrying another wmona and then had a baby by her and I never knew we broke off our engagement. I found out all this by my best friend because she was friends with one of his close friends and so he told her about my fiance.

Cheated on, or how about back stabbed by someone the said they were your friend when you were in a fight with another person and they new each other and they didn't back you up. Especially when it was 13 against one. You know one on one and if anybody got in you suppose to step in.

I was the victim of a violent crime... It was something I didn't want anyone to know about, so I kept private about it. My "best friend" at the time, went around behind my back telling people about it. I think that might have hurt more than the crime itself. What a *****. :(

Hmmm... ex husband used my money to help set up a business, also to pay off his car. He took up with a girlfriend, took her on weekends away in the car that I was making the payments on... the business went belly up and I was stuck with the bills when he did a runner.

At my bro's wedding-I caught the bouquet.
There were only two bachelor's on the floor to catch the garter & one of the guys was my boyfriend. It came right toward him & he side-stepped it, for the dorky stranger to retrieve it & put it on my leg.
I dumped him!

Mom tried to steal my boyfriend. Crazy right? And we are not from the trailer park, that is the most insane part about it. We have always been an upper class family, I suppose she must have really liked him. LOL

My girlfriend cheated on me while I was deployed to Afghanistan. That was years ago and I still can't trust women.
