God yes. It's so annoying. I'm glad someone shares my hatred for those questions.

No doesn't bother me a bit. Maybe by answering might stop some girl from giving her boyfriend the hated flannel shirts when what we really want is a new rod and reel, or new deer rifle or new shtogun.
Or maybe new Craftsman socket set or new Swiss Army knife.

Yes. It's so bloody annoying.
I usually tell them to give the person oral sex, no matter who it is.
Sometimes I tell them to buy me something instead.
