I love Mexican food. Enchiladas, tamales, burritos, fish tacos.. you name it. I know it's kind of the same few ingredients (tortilla + beans + rice + meat + cheese + veggies) but I absolutely love all of the combinations. Real, authentic Mexican food can't be beat!
A close second place goes to Italian food, then Chinese and Thai.

I'm living in Japan right now, and I love Sushi.
China has awesome dumplings and soups.
In France I love all their different cheeses.
In Spain I always go out to Tapas Bars.
Italy has the best meats in the world.
