Context would help, because some of these can have more than 1 meaning:
FOL - Falls Over Laughing
SOL - Sadly Outta Luck (also Simply Outta Luck, polite forms of S*** Outta Luck), Sooner Or Later, Signs of Life, Shout Out Loud, Sobbing Out Loud, Software Object Library
AOL - America On-Line, Age of Legends (game), Acronym Over Load

Hi Richard- I'm scared to say what I think FOL means. Assuming all the other OL's are "out louds", I can only guess at what they might be. SOL could be "swearing out loud"(doubt it), and AOL could be, "apathy out loud?"(I know, lame)
Anyway, I'm going to make up one of my own for when I'm emailing right after a meal, BOL, "burping out loud."
