Guess it would depend on the girl and the country. Likely countries I'd go to Canada, England, Mexico, Spain. Unlikely ones, anywhere in eastern europe, africa, the middle east...

I would certainly consider it. If she was just making that a demand, I would be a little hesitant. But if she asks that because its the only chance to be together, then I will happily go to be with her and I will be touched that she asked me to come. A decision on where to live should be based on alot of factors discussed together - first and formost factor is being together.
