Yes!!! All the candidates have the same chance. The media is working too hard to sway voters. Granted, some candidates are better known, but at this point, anything is possible.

No chance of winning in Iowa. A lot of Iowans are still not happy that he was a no-show at the straw poll. It makes it look like he doesn't really want the job, or at least doesn't care if Iowans vote for him or not.
Hey, I realize I haven't been voting that long, but I pissed away my vote in 1992 when I voted for Perot. I have been voting since 1990, and never once have voted for McCain, Guiliani, or Thompson. They don't want to come to the straw poll and raise money for the Iowa Republican Party and give a speech, that's fine with me. Nothing says I HAVE to vote for any of them this time, either.

Man! Fred Thompson was the great white hope! He was the reincarnation of Ronald Reagan! But then he "entered" the race. He doesn't seem to really have the drive or the personality to do the job. Needs to hire his former screenwriters, but I guess they're on strike. Anyway, in my opinion, no.

Only if he stops screwing around and starts taking his race seriously, and even then only by some miracle of GOD. Fred Thompson, love him or hate him, has ran a disgraceful campaign. You can declare candidacy late and just show up and expect the money and the support to roll in. It doesn't work that way and Fred Thompson doesn't get that.
