One of my kitties does the same thing. I have to compete for the computer chair and whenever I get up she jumps up and spreads out. If you really want to continue to use the computer, you have to hold your ground and go ahead and sit down, without of course squishing the kitty and just gently claiming your space back. But if he keeps it up, then yes, take it as a sign and get some shut eye...and soon enough he will be in bed with you and if you really want to get back on the computer you can race him to the chair!

I'm at work...I am sitting on a very uncomfortable chair. I think it's a conspiracy.....the uncomfortable chair conspiracy....set up by my boss to make sure that I don't nod off when I should be awake.
Jokes on them though.....I've been here for 4 hours, and haven't done a darn thing work related.
