You might have multiple thoughts and you are not pretty clear about what you want to do? I mean you are little confused in making decisions.

Lack of interest, inability to stay focussed are the main reasons.

It takes a little practice to have control, make a short plan or schedule(say daily activities...) and stick to it for sometime.First make... whichever is easier for you then go to higher level.

Cultivate discipline.

I can relate to that. I like to help other people and give them advice if I can. I feel they deserve help and support. Me on the other hand I hate me and I don't seem able to show myself any compassion and understanding, which then makes it impossible for me to take my own advice.

:-)))

If it was easy, everyone would do it...

The most logical things get hard when you mix in emotions, drives, desires, etc.

No, I can't relate to this at all. Learning new habits and thought patterns and behaviors is doable, but hard...

Everybody else can use it, why not, your not. Sounds like you need someone to advise you, who you trust. Do you have trust issues with the rest of the slobs out here? Do you not trust yourself? They say everyone should have two living people who are hero's or sorts, not actors, or media people, but real humans, who'd you believe in an instant. Do you have two people who you look up to?? Best of luck.

We can TELL other people great advice...but, we need to see our OWN advice written down in front of us to comprehend it. Try it once... we need to see it rather than hear it.
