yeah the first person is definitely wrong about who he got pregnant... he got Dr. Kim Briggs (not Dani, Jordan's sister) pregnant on their second date.
Now to the JDElliott saga...
Season 1-
They dated for an episode. After JD discovers Alex was addicted to painkillers and they break up, Elliot reveals she was jealous and then they spend an entire day having sex and then date briefly before they get sick of eachother.
Season 2-
Elliot's father cuts her off financially and she becomes depressed and lives in her moving truck until JD convinces her to stay with him until she gets back on her feet. They hook up and decide to become sex buddies, until Elliot's stuff is stolen from her truck and she breaks down and tells JD she needs only a friend.
Season 3-
After Elliot's makeover in the premiere, JD falls in love with her and pines after her all season until one day in the hospital, Elliot treats a patient who is beautiful but has an ugly husband. She asks how she loves him, and the patient simply replies that he is the one who is always there for her. Elliot is supposed to be a clown in pediatrics but doesn't have time, so JD does it for her. Sean (Elliot's boyfriend at the time) is still in New Zealand, and Elliot and JD hook up because JD was there for her when she needed him. Right afterwards, Sean returns, noting that the sound of her voice on the phone told him he needed her. Two episodes later, Sean is looking for an apartment, Elliot asks him to move in with her, and then promptly (with JD's help) freaks out about it, and leaves him for JD. As soon as they get together, JD realizes he doesn't want her anymore and that he likes her but doesn't love her, and at Turk and Carla's rehearsal dinner, he tells her he doesn't love her.
By third season, Elliot and JD hooking up was referred to as "the annual sleepover" by Turk and Carla, but in the 4th season they realized that they could only ever be friends again. In 6th season, Keith proposed to Elliot, and JD realized it should have been him. He briefly wondered if he and Elliot are supposed to end up together, and the 6th season finale ended with them almost kissing, but they didn't. Now that Elliot and Keith have broken up and Kim broke up with JD, all signs point to them ending up together. Barf...
Sorry if that was long-winded, but so is JD and Elliot's history.

They dated on and off a few times. He was really the one that ruined it big time for a while because when she was finally happy with a steady guy, he told her he loved her and wanted to be with her. After they slept together he realized he only wanted her because he couldn't have her, but he had already ruined her relationship.
and just to clarify the above post, he didn't get Jordan's sister pregnant. He only dated her for a bit. He got a different girl pregnant.

It's just their random sayings after they insult someone, or like "diss" someone. (sorry I couldn't really think of the word) But it's just like how Kim and J.D. say "Zoom Zoom Zoom" or in an episode Dr. Cox says "woof". Just to have some fun.

they dated but didn't work out so they dated other people. at first jd got jealous about her new boyfriend but he meet jordans sister and ahe winds up pregnant.
