Twas the first day of winter and all through the house
I discovered my long johns had been chewed by a mouse.
I went out in search of my warm fuzzy robe.
It must have gone to a warm climate on the globe.
So what if I then find a comfy sweat shirt?
Ah, here it is covered with some smelly dirt!
I'm cold! I'm chilly! I'm caught in a trap!
Oh no! More conspiracy wrought by the GAP!
If they think they'll win they can kiss my azz.
I've wrapped my chill body with Corning fiberglass!

Twas the first day of winter, and all around the house, the ice and snow were melting. Just in time for another winter storm to blow thru Kansas.

Eh, it was alright, I guess. It was still fairly warm here in Dallas, but the air conditioner didn't come on. It was also the last day of school and the pick-up lines were practically murder.

Good for all of you, but don't you wish , just once, you could have a white Christmas? Today was just plain chilly, but we have a chance of snow in Baltimore for Christmas. I'm envious of everyone in the warmer climates, except for this time of year. I love having the 4 seasons, even if winter is my least favorite. Merry Christmas to all.
