You can't. Their is no way to find the scammer once they have picked up the funds. They're not in the UK but most likely in Nigeria or Latvia, two of the most corrupt countries on the planet. (And there's no such entity as "British Financial Security.")
Be thankful that you only lost $100. Folks have lost thousands to those bastards.
Don't be suckered in by these assholes. Advance fee loans are illegal in the US, Canada, UK and most other modern nations.

You probably can't get your money back, but you can learn from this mistake.
The only reason that these types of scams happen is because someone will fall for them. If you could get your money back, it wouldn't be a scam.
To sue someone, you have to be able to find them. If you can't serve them a summons to court, they don't have to show.
You would only be able to get that money back if you found, filed and succeeded in getting them to show up for court. You're better off just forgetting about the money you lost and not making this mistake again. For 100 bucks, it's probably not worth it. It's a cheaper lesson than some people learn...

Getting your money back would be difficult your best bet is to report it to the appropriate authorities ,consider your self lucky its only a $100.00

sell yerself in urban areas since you have already been bent over the 1st time no sense in holding back now
