Well I don't personally like corn beef, am I am not a big fan of spam either. So If I would have to pick one it would be spam.

Spam on white bread with lots of margarine.
I only eat corned beef hash, not the corned beef on it's own but my hubby likes it on butties with pickle.

Definitely Corned Beef. You can make a hash out of it, or slap it between two bits of bread either with a sliced raw onion or sweet pickle - delicious!!!
