In my opinion their's a thin line between sensual photographs and porn. If you enjoy and appreciate the beauty of swimsuit models then it's probably nothing, but if it's excesive, bordering lude and secretive, then it's porn in the eyes of the viewer.

It's all relative...

(And let's hope you don't see any relatives while viewing porn...)

To put things in perspective for the masses, though...(which is something I do very well)

Sometimes I get horny viewing an expensive guitar or amp that I can't possibly afford...so...

Is that porn?

It can be...

The human imagination knows no bounds...

That depends on what the people in the swimsuits are doing.

If your significant other is complaining about your viewing the models, then it is porn to them. That means you need to explain to that person what you like about looking at them.

Why is one looking at swimsuit pages? To get around the technicality...to say "I wasn't looking at naked people." Jesus said that to look at any women with lust in the heart is to have already committed adultery with her. Its all in the motivation.

No. The intent is what matters. The intent is to show swimsuits, not private parts.

no it is not the same.

the problem is that there is a lot of skin showing and in the world that we live in, we can not offend anyone. So, to avoid lawsuits and problems, places prefer to ban all of it, instead of making a distinction that would ban one and not the other.

This all comes about by people not having a backbone.

Not really, porn is more of how they are acting in the pages, this is more like swimming right? Now if they trying to look sexy, maybe modeling, porn? is there sexual intercourse? maybe..
