Check this out, maybe it's on here. I wrote to Her Majesty in Dec.1996, the Lady in Waiting sent a reply 3 months later. I was very proud to get a response from Buckingham Palace. The letter was stolen a couple of years ago, but I still have my memories, I wish you luck,,,,,,,If your information is legit, the palace post with bring it to Her Majesty's attention.
