I'm sorry, but your question doesn't make any sense in English. Placement usually refers to putting people into jobs after graduation. Certainly no one employer will hire 1000 students, but if the university has 1000 graduates, it is possible that they would all have jobs upon graduation (although unlikely, because there would certainly be some who would do other things, like going on for graduate school).

Job Placement of 10,000 students from a private university?
No. Here are my reasons:
1. Some students may return to their native country upon graduation.
2. Some students may succumb to an illness, injury or accident before they graduate from the university.
3. Some students may not enter the work force because they may get married and decide to become a housewife.
4.Some of those students may drop out of the University due to unforeseen circumstances. (lack of finance for tuition, low grade point average, pregnancy, incarceration, deportation, etc)
Does this private university actually say that they have a 100% "job" placement rate?
I find that hard to believe due to the circumstances that would make that 100% placement rate impossible!
