I think probably the same things I'm not-so-famous for: writing, singing, and making people laugh.
Well, I wouldn't want to be famous, really... Not like the kind of celebrity you think of when you hear the word "famous". More like well-known and admired/respected. Just enough so when I introduced myself, some people would say, "Oh, aren't you the one who wrote/sang such-and-such??"
More than that would be too invasive. I can't handle that much criticism, and to be hated or judged by strangers (a la Paris or Paula or Kanye, or any other celebrity these days) would crush me. I value my reputation too much to put myself out there for the paparazzi to scrutinize!
Being a successful writer would (will!) be perfect, b/c I can retain my anonymity as much as I want. : ) Whoa, that was way more detail than you asked for. LOL
