I'm willing to bet you, that there is a really good possibility that i do. Though others opinions may vary. Which is and should be par for the course.

Yes this is a good time to do research. It's quiet and not much going on.
There are big differences between a educated opinion and a uneducated opinion.
Most of the time you will find more educated answers from people who actually do research and find out whats going on rather then quick one line answers from people who do no reading on the subject.

Well, if you had caught me BEFORE the 6 glasses of wine I've had (I'm on Christmas break and the in-laws just left thank God...LOL) I might have been able to give you a more intelligent response to whatever question you might have had about politics, but don't ask me now, I'm a little tipsy!

Certainly. Some of us Americans work night shifts and check out Yahoo! Answers during downtime, like me. Other places in the world aren't at "this time of night" now. For instance, right now in England, it's 7am.
