Payments of benefit due on a specific day which happens to be a Bank Holiday are generally paid on the PREVIOUS working day(s). Most Post Offices are displaying the dates on which benefits are paid. I would suspect that although Monday is a working day per se, very little work will actually be done therefore your Income Support should already be in your bank/Post Office account as of yesterday (Friday).

I phoned DWP and inland revenue (child tax) yesterday as our local post office said payments due on Mon,Tues would be made on Friday, checked bank no money in.Both payments are going to be made on the 24th and again on the 28th to cover new year payments.
Post offices are open till 12:30 pm on Christmas eve,so make sure you get to one!
Merry Xmas :o)
