Gigi, 15 mins walking not enough...I do 30 mins brisk walking and make sure i sweat so as to get some benefit. Of course jogging is better. A lifetime of brisk walking and/or jogging helps to build strong bones and is a safeguard against osteoporosis, esp for females.
I swim the front crawl twice weekly, an hour each time, as it improves and tones all muscles.Statistics show that most Asians don't exercise regularly the moment they finish with studies and it is becoming a worrying trend.
Wish u best of health, a healthy lifestyle and longevity!

During school days, just normal walks to & frm school besides various sports activities.
During college/uni. years - normal walks, use stairs (great to form strong & well toned backs), besides gym 2-3x weekly. (usually alternate use the equipment - threadmills, skii progs. sit ups, weight lifts, & sometimes just jump around do aerobic <- it's fun.)

But now not much time besides didn't like being packed in the gym surrounded by machines & walls all the time, thus a great way to destress & exercise is go to the park! :D luckily I'm blessed with several parks near my area.
Home routines:-
Each morning min. 30mins. stretching & yoga.
Min.30 mins. walk daily to & from work.
Another 15mins.+ walk during break time & stretching (during office hours).
Weekly 1-2X, jogging/trekking around the park.
(the above not always, depends on work schedules).

At home, usually hand wash clothes, use manual methods to clean the house. Incorporating stretching & house exercise as method of exercise. (<-- my mum does this beside morning walks to do errands, she's never overweight no have flabby tummy & thighs). <-- great method so far bcs of these health & dnt hv flabby parts :D

I try to do it twice a day or once at least.
Just a jog and some weight lifting about an hour per session.
Usually I do workout in gym.
As I keep my body healthy, I also can feast my eyes with hot chicks doing yoga and pilates...lol

I exercise everyday usually. I either run, or play DDR for my Cardiovascular (it counts as long as it is like 30 min or something of keeping the heart at a certain rate) and lift weights/calisthenics (muscle building that used body weight as resistance.) Every other day
