It would be a good board if it wasn't $100. These boards seem to be hit-or-miss as far as quality-control goes, and I suspect that a bad batch was released to the market. However, bad batch aside, there are design flaws with this board. The PCI-E 1x slot is too close to the PCI-E 16x slot. So if you use a big graphics card, like the 8800 (which I KNOW you want!) then you won't be able to use the 1x slot. Another issue with this board is that the default voltage for the RAM is 1.95v. Most DDR2 on the market uses 2.2volts. You can probably change this in BIOS, but I'm not sure. There also seems to be a lot of complaints about the SATA on this board not working properly. So if you plan on using Raid-0 (or any Raid for that matter) you may want to steer clear. For $100 though, you can find a much better board.

EDIT: Sorry, I was confused. I was talking about the M2N-E That Fel recommended above. I can't find many actual user accounts for the M2N-X. As far as it's features go, it has everything you need. SATA, IDE, 5.1 surround capable, onboard networking. It seems a lot like my A8S-X, only the M2N series tends to have more overclocking ability.
