blows on my neck, tickles me when im laying on her (so i flinch into her)....does she want to kiss me? i know i should talk to her about it.....i already did. she said she would only because im curious....everytime she looks like shes bout to kiss me my heart beats like crazyyyyy til she just blows on my neck or hugs me...but does she want to kiss me? or no?

But i think she's teasing you so you fall hard for her. Honestly i see no reason to hold back if she wants you... the way you act (or the way u make it sound) towards her is like "hello i want you bad"! Maybe it's just me...but if someone was sending me signals like that i'd be all over them :P

Sounds like she wants to kiss you but is afraid to. Maybe you should take the plunge the next time she gets in your face. You both sound as if you want to kiss and be done w/ it. There is nothing wrong w/ kissing someone. If you don't like it, don't do it again. If it draws you closer, all the more better.

I think you should kiss her, just when she seems like she's about to do it, and after all those things that you say she does, I think she also wants to kiss you, maybe she's afraid. I also want a friend like that!!!

i think wen you guys are having your playful moments, when she looks like shes bout to kiss you.. finish the job and see how she reacts. you'll only know if you try it. takes alot of courage but you could do it.. i think you want it just as much..
