i'm sorry.
well, do what i do when i get this problem.
write.
i write a lot of poems, the ones that dont rhyme, and they always help me. you just need to vent and let it all out before you can be totally okay again.

There's no easy way out in my opinion. When that sort of thing happens to me, I hang out with friends and family so they can cheer me up. Things do remind us of the certain person once in awhile, but you have to remember, TIME HEALS. You're probably going have to wait this one out. There's no way you can help pass time to get over a person. Btw, don't put yourself in denial either. If you like the person still, don't deny it when people ask you. Usually, accepting things makes things go by a little faster and easier. It's not pathetic either. It shows you have a heart. Best of luck to you.

Hey, I am very sorry that every thing you see reminds you of me. Maybe you should think of how I dumped you right before Christmas. I am going to go out with this other girl in a minute so I got to run.
Does that help? Stop thinking he is such a great guy and you will get over it!

It takes time, it really does. In the mean time, nothing helps more than hanging out with good friends. Surround yourself with people that make you laugh, don't be alone too much! It will only make you more unhappy.
And if no ones around, try livejournal.com. I loveeeeee livejournal! It's a great way to pass time. Or jayisgames.com. In my opinion, the best games on the internet. Or postsecret.com, or thesuperficial.com, which is a celebrity gossip website. Or try good old television!

People either hate them or love them, but I can waste entire days doing a jigsaw puzzle and focusing only on where the pieces fit. I totally lose myself in it and forget all my problems. Good luck to you and time really will help.

Throw yourself into work that challenges you...either school, job, or start a new project. Keep busy with friends and family
