Ok, I am able to connect through the internet to my computer and play movies I have one it. My question is, is there and easy way to transfer movies from my PC into my X-Box 360's memory?

Yes. Download a program from www.pspvideo9.com It's free and it has an encoding program for 360 too.

The only way to use movies & media on Xbox 360 is by streaming [Windows Media Connect], or by removable storage [USB Drive, iPod, CD-R, DVD-R]. Most formats are supported. You can also buy content in the Xbox Marketplace.

If you don't have Windows Vista or Windows Media Center, you should try using the official Microsoft Windows Media Connect software.
