Don't defrag. You probably don't have enough space to do that. Listen to Taylor M. He's right. Also go through your add/remove program list and delete anything you are not using but be absolutely sure you know what you are deleting before doing so. Also when was the last time you cleaned out your recycle bin and if you've never done it, get rid of all those cookies.

1. Burn some stuff onto disc and delete it off your hard-drive?
2. Run CCleaner (http://www.ccleaner.com/)
3. Run Disk Defragmenter (All Programs --> Accessories --> System Tools ---> Disk Defragmenter)
Also check out this link, it has some good tips to 'reclaiming hard-drive space'

But seriously folks ... if we don't ask how you used it up, how can we tell you what to delete?
STOP DOWNLOADING PORN.
Right-click on a few folders -- "Program Files", "My Documents", etc -- and click Properties, to find out where the bulk of your storage is being used up.
Delete Windows components you're not using. (You are using Windows, right?)
Heck, just delete Windows and install BSD or Linux, or buy a Mac.
