I am not violent when I lose my temper, but I really can't express myself clearly when I get mad. I have had a few spats at work with people who didn't perform their jobs very well and they were causing me more work because of it. I would never be a foreman or manager because of my personality. I have a lot of respect for diplomatic statesmen for their ability to negotiate sensitive deals between countries at war with each other.

I rarely lose my temper. I usually don't lose my temper with myself when alone or I'm just by myself. I lose my temper when other people push me with words like an argument. They keep going and going, talking and talking; rambling on and on. Sounding like a buckshot in a bucket. My temper level starts to rise and usually I get quit. I get mad inside ready to explode anytime. That's rare too. When I go off I yell.

About 3 days ago. Since I'm out on disability, people know I'm usually home & feel that it's an open invitation to drop by. I have been subtle in telling them that this is not accetable, but some don't get the hint. I put a sign on the door which says, "Do NOT knock! GO AWAY! Yes, this means YOU!"

when my boss blame me for a job I didn't do. so I got mad and was ready to quit but eventually I walk way and walk out and got me some fresh air because I'm a manager and I can't behave like that so we talk about and have a understanding and now everything is Ok. that was about a week ago.

today.. i have a smart mouth and shouldnt always talk rudely to my parents but i cant help it.. i just get up and leave the room.. usually go to my room or say im going out to shops or something :D
