No because, sometimes if you have to wait for congress to act, you will see the second coming before that happens

I disagreed with their recess appointments, their presidential pardons, thier executive orders, and their use of the military in taking control of countries we have no right to control.

Bush and Clinton are the best of friends. That is why you will get Hillary next. The NWO clowns are in complete control and the Bush family and the Clintons are at the heart of the vast right wing conspiracy to bring about the New World Order just as daddy Bush said when he was president.

Next question.

I won't defend Clinton's recess appointments. But the people Bush appoints, recess or not, are really odious. Most of Bush's appointees are people who oppose government regulation of industry, and they get appointed to jobs where they are supposed to regulate industry. Other Bush appointees are culture war kooks like doctors who claim they can cure homosexuality. The rest are incompetent butt kissers like Michael "Heckuvajob" Brown. The Dems in Congress are right to scrutinize his appointees for the rest of his term.

Yes. And yes but not as much. Though I am for small government and low taxes etc. Clinton didn't appoint partisan crony hacks incapable of performing their job with nearly the expertise Bush has.

Bush and Clinton had the right to make recess appointments. I objected to Clinton's appointments because he is my political opponent, not because I was kidding myself and making some pseudo-moralistic claim.

Whether you are a conservative or a liberal there is a lot to be said for not buying your own bullsh!t

depends what the appointments were....there are thousands of minor positions and no one really cares...the problem with Bush is that he has done in high profile instances that were very very political and unlikely to be accepted...Bush does not have a habit of selecting the best...he normally goes partisan...Clinton had to work with a Republican congress most of his presidency and did compromise as a general rule
