I will prepare a turkey and a ham, which will be cooked in special "plastic cooking bags." I will make homemade rolls. My vegetables will be asparagus and baked potatoes w/sour cream and butter. Salad will contain cranraisins, lettuce, red onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, thinly sliced carrots or whatever is chosen. I will make available thousand island dressing, ranch and bleu cheese dressings. My drinks will be "real" iced tea with sliced lemons and real sugar. Dessert will be bread pudding with lemon sauce and/or ice cream. There will be several flavors available. It will be delightful.
For New Year's Dinner, it will be the same except that champagne will be offered to bring in the New Year.
I wish you well.
