there are a few times when it's ok to lie for
example some kids pet died you tell him the
pet ran away. or if you want to break up with a
bf/gf you tell them something like it's not you
it's me, I just need to solve some personal
problems.

There is never a good time to lie but there are circumstances where culpability would be eliminated such as not revealing a secret which could imperil a friend 's life or your own; when something is really not the business of the one who is asking the question and one that leads to the harm of an individual eho entrusted you with their secret. So as not to betray your country from a dangerous predatorial threat

It is never ok to tell a lie but only permitted when you have to save your's and others lives and honour.

When I think I was not wrong and it's not going to harm me or anybody else.Some times my lie can help other then i will not think much and if it is necessary i will lie.
