I didn't 'give' it away I sold the darn thing!
I was offered 2 mules and a giant lizard but I thought it was worth much more than that. Then a guy offered me two goats and a troll, so of course I got the best of the deal.
Then I was told that your heart was a bit tarnished so I helped polish it a bit. Ya know, you could be taking better care of that thing!

I guess it was a gift I didn't want or know what to do with. Sometimes you're given a heart you don't want to care for.
