Does Hillary prefer a system of appointed officials to seize corporate profits ?

Can she take these profits with government intervention like Venezuela has done or does she need to get congressional approval first?

We know he profits may be needed to support the common good of the working people , but will she the power to do so ?

She'll do it only once. Then the Corporations will say, "To hell with that!" and close their doors.

Congress will need to do it unless a way can be found for the FTC to do it.
