depends on how bad it was. i went through the same thing 3 years ago. hit a semi head on and survived, ever since then i have had survivors guilt because some of my relatives and friends have died. and i should have that day, it will take awhile to cope with it...!!!

Roz it's hard when you have an accident for
many reasons, I mean you probably think how
can that happen to you, you're a good driver.
I'm sure you are but you can't beat yourself
over a car accident, look at the bright side,
you're not in a coma or dead. I'm sure you
learned something not to do,how ever it
happened I am pretty sure you got some
know;edge from it. One can't always look at
the bad side of something that happened, you
always should look at the bright side, even if
you don't see it there is a brigit side to every
situation.

First of all, it is normal to be down in the dumps because you went through a tragmatic experience and if you did not react at all to it then I would think there would be something there to this philosophy. Time will eventually heal this wound. If you want a way then I would think outside the box and do things that will take your mind off your introspection which is not helping and help others .

it's completely normal. i had a car accident 2 years ago and i was in a daze for a couple of hours afterwards. it's kind of a shock to your system even if you weren't hurt. you will feel better, though. don't be hard on yourself - it was an accident after all.

Just let yourself process what happened, and think about how lucky you are. The same thing happened to me when I was hit by a car (walking across the street)...even though I was hurt pretty badly...I recovered completely, but it took me a long time to shake it off. It's never easy to look your own mortality in the face, even though you escape it.

Probably scared to poop.
I've never been in a car accident but I've been close to them and my heart beat wasn't right for hours lol.
Plus I'm pretty sure you're bummed that your car got screwed up. I know I would be, I get bummed when I drop my cell phone. Haha.

attempt no longer to be too upset. injuries ensue. You’re only human and also you'll’t be perfect. All you may do is your perfect by employing using intently. imagine about the positives: no human being became heavily injured and your vehicle didn’t conflict through significant damage. the biggest difficulty is to have an coverage coverage. each human being who drives a vehicle must have a coverage. in case you don’t have a coverage, purchase one immediately. it provide you with a lot extra self assurance and it truly is probably required by employing regulation.

I think so, I totalled my car about a month ago right before finals. Just don't worry about it. I don't know about your situation but I'm guessing your car isn't the most important thing to you. Don't dwell on it, you can fix your car but you can't change what happened. Just be glad you didn't get hurt!

Yeah. Are you feeling like, "It's all my fault."? That's a normal response, even if you were 100% innocent. Your car (baby) is messed up & because of the accident, they're gonna boost your insurance. I'd be pissed, too.
