It's from a sketch on Saturday Night Live, The Dakota Fanning Show. The actress portraying Dakota is Amy Poehler. She does bear an eerie resemblence to Dakota, though. Maybe that's what Dakota will look like in 15 years. Hopefully, she'll dress better, though :p
