Now that I have your attention I am really going to upset some people. Does YA have a minimum age requirement? You can tell that some people in here are maybe 7 or 8, just by looking at their spelling. So, if there is an age requirement, why in blazes isn't it being enforced and why are WE, the ones who ARE old enough, getting violation notices for the stupidest reasons??

Yes, 13. Its presumed to be the parents responsibility to oversee the child's Internet use, whether that's a good idea or not I don't know. Yahoo, as any other business has the right to enforce weird rules, an we have the right to walk away an not be their customers.
